Anothet great tip

Another great tip from the MOC forum.... Barkeepers friend to remove stains, etc from just about everything. The sinks in this 13 Big Sky stain easily but barkeepers friend make them look like new.
Don't remember who suggested it but thanks.

Where do you find Barkeepers Friend? Does Walmart have it?

We got it a Publix in Florida but I will bet that Wall mart has it. It was in the cleaner section along with Comet, etc.

Thanks. Will stop in at a Publix since we shop there a lot while here in Florida also. In fact, I am only about 10 miles from you.

Most large grocery stores carry it, including Walmart. Comes in a liquid form or a powder form (like Comet). We prefer the liquid.

Another product that works well on the white composite sinks is Soft Scrub along with the green scour pads, removes stains as well as any mineral buildup. Found this info from the Corian site.

Been using Bartenders Friend to clean sinks in the restaurant industry for years. It does work well.

We don't have the stainless steel in our rig. We add a half cup of Oxiclean in hot water. Fill the sink and hour later our tea stains etc are gone. Will get ths product for more serious issues. Thanks

I feel that I am at a severe disadvantage here. We have not had the privilege of using the rig enough to even consider how to clean the sinks! But if it works for Rich (er, I mean Helen, now I am curious, who cleaned the sinks Rich???????) then it is good enough for me to put it on the list of things that at some point in the future, I can use to impress the DW. If she cleans the sinks, the least I can do is to provide the means to clean them well, right? Right?
