Basement Drawer Slide - (showing my ignorance)

Okay! Can someone provide a picture of a basement drawer slide out?

What are they? (I think I know)
What is the purpose?(I have an idea)
Where do you get them from?
How much do they cost?
and any other information you may want to provide.

Thanks ahead of time.

The basement slide drawer was an option I had installed at the factory. It's almost exactly like the one Bingo refers to. I really like it. It slides out on either side and locks in place.

now that these have been brought up.. I have one that was factory installed and was listed as a 18" full across slid tray. Now looking at some they appear to be adjustable, I dont know if mine is but the one in the CW ad was sold by length and then you put in plywood for the width. Are they all like this? I need to take a better look at it to see if it can be made wider, 18" is not to wide one of those tubs will only fit long ways and only about 4 across.
