Help with bluetooth

I have tried many times to Bluetooth my iPhone to my Jensen radio in my 3121RL with no luck . Anyone have any advice? I can’t imagine it being this hard .

I have JWM72A model and also have problems. Reading other post, seems to be a problem with the units. I found that cycling input power the unit has allowed pairing to occur. For me that is turning off DC to the RV. I reached out to ASA support and they said I could file a warranty claim and get it swapped if I could demonstrate to the dealer that it consistently fails to connect.

I may do a work around and add a power switch to turn off power feeding it.

Have the exact same problem. All as I do now is turn it to Bluetooth mode and hold the pair button and it connects to my phone. Once and awhile it will connect on its own when I get in range.

Same as above, a nice piece when it works. Which is a hit and a miss.
