Furrion range

So my wife claims the oven works much better when a/c power is on (shore or generator). Makes no sense to me so I agreed to ask the forum. Thanks!

I can't see why either, but IMHO, the DW is always right. Makes my life easier.

Could it possibly be that your battery voltage was low at the time she was using it? The Furrion oven is a convection oven, in that it has a fan circulating the air inside. It is a 12v fan powered by the battery/converter. While on shore power or generator the converter is providing a charging voltage to the batteries and the fan will operate at designed speed however if the voltage is low the fan turns slower and therefor cooking performance is affected.
