Eagleback - well if you can have sun problems in Florida, I think that may be my problem in AZ. I AM gone during the summer, but in late spring the temps can get to 105 in May and Sept. And with no humidity, the UV is much stronger. I have to figure out which direction my unit faces - probably the bad seal was in the sun all winter too.

The bulb seal was destroyed but only on the top portion that was exposed when the slide was closed. but the sweepers on top were just history.

I've seen online to use talkum power on the bulb seals couple times a year to keep them so they won't stick and break apart. Just put some on an old sock or rag and wipe them down. Don't know if that would work and the wipers.
