Air circulation

Hi All: We have a 2013 Montana 3800RE. We have a problem with air flow from between the stairs up to the bedroom. It is very chilly. The rig is winterized by Keystone at the factory.
I plan to block these vents. This area, in front of the stairs and the door, is the coldest spot in the rig and just below the thermostat.
Question. Is this air combustion air for the furnace ? Thanks for your help.
