Sorry, from the west coast of Canada! That would be California!

This past March we stayed at 2 RV Parks near Palm Springs. Both Rv parks are not in the city, but are in the desert between Palm Springs and Desert Springs. Both rv parks were okay. The Rv park names are - Sky Valley Resort and Caliente Springs. Both rv parks are owned by the same company. It is about a 30 minute drive from the rv parks to Palm Springs. The RV amenities are comparable to other RV parks. Both rv parks accept Passport America memberships.

We have spent the last 9 winters at Fountain of Youth in Niland CA. Now this park is not for the person that likes to dine out 2-3 times a week go to walmart everyother day, but if you love hiking, walking and being in the desert with quiet it is perfect. Large snowbird park with 900 sites and tons to do. Weather is always perfect. We are an hour from ElCentro and an hour to LaQuinta, for shopping trips and the parks has a farmers market every Tuesday and Friday so it is easy to purchase fruits and veggies and we have a small grocery store on site for emergencies. During the season we are about 65-70%Canadian. They are having a special this season FIRST TIME guests that arrive prior to Dec31st and present coupon get first month for $295. that is full hook up, no charge for elec. Check out their web-site...foyspa.com If you decide to come down we are in site #81.

Spent a month at Caliente Springs. Nice park. 5 different spas, each with a different temp by 1 degree. People were very friendly. Park is "active", with water sports every day. Had a nice time there.

I've not stayed at any of them but took a side trip to check on the park that is downtown right off the main strip. I'd recommend not staying there. Very small with very small spaces. I don't think the smallest Montana would fit very comfortably.

We have stayed at Outdoor Resorts Palm Springs a couple of times.

The resort is actually in Cathedral City. The sites all owned, but several owners rent them out. The facilities are outstanding.
