You are correct. Either a cylinder is loosing pressure due to air or fluid loss. If the cylinder isn't holding pressure it will slowly retract. Run the cylinders all the way up and down to evac any air. Pressure loss could be a number of things. As simple as contaminants in the valve keeping it from sealing. Or a scored ram, nicked O-rings, Etc. Make sure your fluid level is correct. The other possibility is the ground is settling. Do you use any type of block under the foot?

There should be no twisting of the frame with the six jack hydraulic leveling system. The six jacks are plumbed in pairs, the two landing jacks are plumbed together, the left side leveling jacks are paired as well as the right side leveling jacks are plumbed together to pair them. This creates essentially a three point system because fluid moves between the paired jacks, so if one loses fluid, they both lose fluid, so they will allow that part of the rig to settle. The door issue is probably just an out of adjustment door or a loose hinge screw.

I have noticed that one side after parked for while the hydrulic jacks come down about 4 inches so i must have a leak or a bad seal.

Just to be clear - does this happen after you retract all rear jacks ready for travel? This happened to me. Got ready to leave on a trip and drivers side jacks crept down several inches. The unit had been sitting for most of a year, no travel - and I did not go out to the rig, wipe the jack legs off with tranny fluid to clean them, and then simply exercise the system from time to time. I had air in the system. Folks here in the forum recommended running the system thru several cycles manually to purge the air out of the system. This cured my issue.

If your mid/rear levelers are creeping down then a simple bypass test will confirm if it is one of the two (or both) cylinders on that side bypassing internally.
Also if the Hydac cartridge manual override screw for that side is not fully snug tight then fluid and pressure will flow causing them to creep down or not hold extend setting
