Move out one slide and leave the other slide and in.
We have a 2014 ( new to us) 3100RL. The one thing I do not like about this 5th wheel is that the living room slides only have one switch to control the 2 slides.
Often when stopping for a very short time (Such as a rest area) we would like to only move out one slide and leave the other slide in due to limited parking space
Is there a way to accomplish this without a major overhaul of the electrical control system?

Inside the level up panel on the drivers side near the propane tanks are two knobs. These can turn off a slide so the hydraulic system will not move it. Turn the knob clockwise usually about 1/2 a turn to isolate a slide.
These knobs allow you to control which if any slides are moved by the hydraulic system. If the slide is in and isolated, it won't extend. If it is extended and isolated, it won't retract.

I’ve got three slides on one switch. This is what the hydraulic room control knobs look like.

You have hydraulic driven slides in the living area. If they were electrical there will be wires or gear tracks on the outside walls.

Watch this video and it will show you where the slide lockout knobs are located for the two hydraulic slides. The third slide must be electric because there are only two knobs in the control panel on the left front corner of the rig.
