Batteries

When parked and connected to city power, shouldn't my batteries stay charged?

Yes, assuming you don't have other problems.
Bad batteries
Battery disconnect switch turn on
Bad converter/charger
Etc

The most common cause to this, particularly for new owners is the battery disconnect switch being in the wrong position. Not sure of your model but in some units it is close to your convenience center. It is a big red switch with a key. It needs to be in a position that the key cannot be removed.

Michael,

The easiest way to check if your battery is being charged is to compare battery voltage with and without shore power. It should be higher when connected to shore power. You can use a voltmeter or check the voltage at your level up panel.
