Spots Will Not Wash Off Fiberglass Siding

I have a Montana 5th Wheel with fiberglass siding. I covered the unit over the winter. It now has embedded dark spots in the fiberglass that will not wash off. The spots appear to be dirt and grime. I used Dometic Wash n' Wax to wash the unit. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can remove the dark spots embedded in the fiberglass and clean my rig? Thanks
