iRV Technologies Radio Question

Hello,
I have a 2016 3710FL that has the iRV Technologies bluetooth radio. It has locked up on me several times and none of the buttons will function. The power button is illuminated red, and that is the only sign of life on the front panel. I plan to pull the unit and cycle power at the back to see if that brings is back to life.
Has anyone else experienced problems with these units locking up?

Thanks, Dave

Lots of folks have complained about the IRV Technologies radio (including me - FM reception was poor...AM reception was non-existent) - but I don't recall this being one of the complaints.

PS - I added a "car antenna" mounted behind the TV and reception is better but still in the "poor" category.
