let me Thank each of you for your input with regard to insurance. Through some investigation with the agencies mentioned in your notes, I was able to find the most competitive rates. However, they don't match up with some of the rates indicated. I have determined that is because I currently live in one of the three areas with the highest premiums in the USA. When I change domiciles, my rates will drop by $400 and also reduce premiums on the auto insurance as well.

Stiles n Dianna, you're probably right on as far as the rate difference. I don't recall (CRS) whether I posted rates and on this slow cell connection I'll avoid backpaging to find out. We're South Dakota residents and that state supposedly has the third lowest rates in the nation. So ours would likely differ significantly from yours.
