Breaking in the truck in traffic

In a conversation about holding up traffic while towing during the breakin period, Vicki told someone she'd post a picture of the sign she put in the rear window of our Montana when we were in that situation. Neither of us can remember who was to get that picture so... it is below.

For those concerned about our towing during the breakin, the truck was past the 500 mile breakin period but Dodge has another (for the rear axle) during the first 500 miles of towing. You are not supposed to exceed 50 mph during that period. We were on US highways. Thus the concern about holding up traffic. Fortunately we had little traffic and thus little problem.

Please ignore the road-grimed rear window!

Steve -- You had that sign right above the bumper sticker that says "If you can read this, you are too close"; Right?

That is / was a great idea though --

Good idea Steve...I've been considering putting something on the back that says 'my trailer tires are rated for 65 mph, any faster and you'll be wearing parts'.

Great Sign....I think I'll use that sign in the back window in 2 weeks as we break in our new TV.

Bruce and Pam,
Not to change the subject, but I scratched my scree several time to get that darn bug off of there.

Streigle,
Love the sign! Maybe we can have a "sign" page that we can change at will for the back window.

semper Fi!
