Ghost in my Stereo

This is just to weird we never play or even turn it on and I keep getting a bussing sound coming out of the speakers . Sometimes it is even loud. It must be a ghost LOL Do any of you have a sound coming out of yours while turned off???

Never had that happen, was it going on before Halloween time? Have you tried unplugging the stereo to see if that's actually what's causing it? Just a thought.

I had a hiss coming out of the slide speakers when the unit was on. Finally figured out they wired the speaker system incorrectly, as Mac says unplug it and see what is going on. Even though it is not on and playing it can still be powered up.

I don't know for sure, but it sounds like you getting some kind of feed back possible from the tv - I would check the connections at the back of the receiver and make sure that they are correct with the manual.

Sometimes I get a feedback from the sub woofer on the one at our stick house. I have to unplug it the plug it back in, seems to work until the next feed back shows up.
