Good Dealership

FYI,
We had a list of minor warranty items To be done and took our Monty in to Northgate RV in Hixson, Tn. this morning. They got right on it. Took care of everything on the list and had it sitting outside ready to go when I got off from work. We set up our problem free camper on the lake at our favorite campground this evening. If you are in SE Tenn. or N Ga and need service or a good dealer you could do alot worse than these people.

It is great to have a good dealer isn't it. Now if we could get them to wash our rig before giving it back to us that would make them a great dealer. I keep teasing my dealer about it and I think that they are starting to think about it.

I'm curious, has there ever been a thread on here about reliable dealers? Even though I'm not even close to full timing it would be nice to know the next time I'm out of state and I'm sure for all you lucky people that are full timing it would be a wonderful resource.

Just a thought.

Serenity, I agree with you about Northgate RV, I bought my last two fifth wheels from them and have had great service from them. Great Dealer!! Serenity that looks like Chester Frost Park in your picture, One of our favorite places.

Mac,
I believe there has been such a thread. It has been a while though. You might try a "search" if you haven't already done so.

Mark and Sharon,
That is Chester Frost Park and it is one of our favorite campgrounds too. As a matter of fact our 5'er is there now and we will be back up there from Thurs. thru Sunday. If your in the area feel free to stop by.

I think it is a great idea to post the GREAT dealerships here! For us it would be Burnside RV in Houghton Lake and Gaylord MI, we did not buy our monty from them as we got it in FL at the camper show in Ocala last Jan. The problems we have had, Burnside RV has been WONDERFUL in taking care of them, couldn't ask for nicer people! We tell everyone we see to go and see them if they are in the market for a new camper.

Again, Ketelsen RV in Hiawatha, IA (suburb of Cedar Rapids). They go out of their way to help you and make things right to your satisfaction. Their owner, Gary Ketelsen is probably the most customer-oriented owner around and their service department is second to none.

We would agree with ols 1932 about the Ketelsen Dealership in Hiawatha, IA. Originally we bought a new Montana travel trailer from them and then this year we purchased our 2005 3295RK from them. They really went out of their way to correct the few problems that we had, (and even the ones WE caused!!!) Great people to work with.
