Leak in bedroom slide

Woke up in the morning to find a puddle of water in front of the shower and next to bed in the slide of our 2012 3150.. Closed the slide the next night and no more water. Pretty disappointing for a 2 year old unit. Hoping it's not a major expense..

Had a leak in about the same place on our Montana. It could be that 4" bottom trim piece on the outside of your slide. Check and see if your caulking has pulled away leaving a gap where the water can get in. This is a common problem and MIGHT be your problem.

We found the rubber seal along the top of the bedroom slide folded half in half out leaving a small opening. Even with slide toppers water managed to blow beneath it and run across the top down the side of the slide and onto the carpet. I look for that condition on all the slides now and haven't had any problems since.

Also check the tape seam at the far end of the slide roof running across the top.

Noticed the seal was turned in, straightened it out and put slide in and out a couple times hopes this corrects it. Thanks...

had issue with water this spring in our 2014 3625re it rained hard and woke up next morning and daughter said carpet was wet by the table. the light fixture was full of water to. took to dealer and said seal probably didnt seal all way the checked and sealed outside top of slide. but also put down about 2" wide velcro strip half way on the roof of the slide, now when it opens or closes the velcro will connect with the seal and it makes sure it is straight and not turned under.

I use a spray made to keep seals in good condition twice a year and ours seem to work well. Don't know if the stuff works that well or if we're just lucky.
