Pull out drawer in kitchen by stove

My drawer thing by the stove is about 8 in. wide and about counter top high. I have been fighting with it on pulling it out and keeping it attached to the rails.
Finally I noticed that the actual interior shelves/box are attached tot he front cover with tthe handle off center. At the bottom the door cover on the front is about 1 1/2 inches from one side and 1/2 inch from the other. Also, the opening with the rails is about 1/2 inch wider than the slideout door so when you attach the drawer to the slideout rails it doesn't quite fit so falls off the rails at times.
It is under warranty, so I am going to have them either attach the shelves/drawer 'centered' or order a new one from the factory. Hope they don't hassle me.
Mostly I like the new unit. Lippert replaced the 2 big slideout piston stuff. The extra room is nice, but the A/C doesn't cool even the living room when it is 85 outside. I guess 4 more feet to cool is too much.
Enough venting for now.

Not sure about that extra four feet. I would talk with the dealer. We have the 3910, 40.6 feet, we do have two ACs, but have been in some 100 degree temperatures and been very very comfortable.

Depending on the outside temperatures and the sun situation, with two AC's you should at least be able to get it into the upper 70's. Check some of the past threads on AC issues. There are a lot of things it could be, but it should definitely work better than that.

Our Mountaineer has the same slide out drawer unit next to the stove. On the way home from the dealer, 5er brand new, the unit opened (closure mechanism not adjusted properly) and it was hanging from one rail. Took the drawer out and the back frame was not centred. The slide arms kept popping off. Dealer has repositioned rear frame and ordered second set of rails, currently on order with Keystone. Once they install the second set of rails, one on the top 1/3 of the unit and the second one at 2/3, it should be more secure. All done under under warranty.
Now if Keystone can find the part number for the brackets to hold the 2 seats and centre armrest of our Home Theatre seating together. It's been 2 months and still waiting.
