Montana_1190 Seasoned Camper Join Date: Mar 2004 Location: Bridgeton Posts: 88 M.O.C. #1190	Location of Reese 16K hitch The dealer says to install the Reese 16K hitch about 5" behind the center line of the rear axle. Other dealers recommed installation be one inch in front of the axle center line. Any opinions or experience with this? Just ordered the Mountaineer 298RLS yesterday. 2004 Dodge Ram 2500 Diesel 4x4 SB 2004 Mountaineer 298RLS
