KEY TV Issue

WE have a 2020 373RD High Country. I know there is no booster for the Key TV system and that it should automatically connect to cable at an RV park. We cannot get a clear picture with ours no matter what. A tech at an RV park said there was no signal detected when he used a meter to check it. What could the issue be?? He had to run the cable wire through the slide and connect it directly to the TV. Thanks for any suggestions!

Did you go into the TV's menu & change the source to "Cable", then do a channel scan? You need to do that whenever switching sources.

Yes, I always do that. It doesn’t help at all. Thanks anyway!

A good check of "all" connections from the pedestal to each tv. I found one of mine vibrated(?) loose.

Mine did not work at first. It was the cable signal coming in that was not strong enough and had to be replaced. The cable company sent one guy out who did not figure it out then a second guy who did diagnose it.

It does have an amplifier built in to the switch and make sure that you hook up the over the air signal and scan BEFORE you connect cable TV if you want to use over the air TV.
