MONTANA'S ONLY!!!
I HATE to have to emphasize one of the conditions of attendance at this year's Rally made by LadyRV in the original Rally Announcement (see http://www.montanaowners.com/forums/...ad.php?t=53379), but I've been directed to do it so I'll play the bad guy, take the flack, & say it again:
The MOC Fall Rally is for owners of Montana, Montana Big Sky, Montana High Country, and Montana Mountaineer products ONLY!!! When registering, we have no idea what you are towing, so it is impossible to screen the registrations.
Please remember that this is a MONTANA Rally, NOT a general Keystone product or SOB rally. If you do NOT OWN, or plan to own and tow a Montana product to the fall Rally, then PLEASE CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION NOW! Anything other than the above accepted models are NOT welcome, & you WILL NOT be registered the first day.
This is NOT a SNOB attitude of the MOC or me - the WM; anyone can join the MOC, but only Montana Owners are accepted at the Fall Rally. Rules are rules and that is the way it is for the Fall Rally. It is extremely embarrassing for us to have an SOB (or Some Other Model of Keystone) parked in the middle of our rally with Montana Executives expecting to see a campground full of Montana's. The Rally is NOT a shopping trip for your first Montana, rather it is a rally for CURRENT OWNERS of Montana & Montana-related models. Unfortunately, it has happened in the past & was EXTREMELY embarrasing.
It is getting close to PAYMENT DEADLINE time, so I wanted to make this rule abundantly clear. Therefore, to save yourself (& the rest of the attendees) some embarrassment, PLEASE either show up in a Montana.
Whew, glad that's over with (ripe tomato's are appreciated when thrown)... Your WM, Jim

I had a chuckle about that, a group of SOB RV owners' had a rally at a campground I worked and insisted I move my RV out of sight.

I'd have told them that 'working' and 'attending' are two totally different things...

Thanks Lady RV!
I attended a national while in severe pain and had to park a long way from the tents, while some SOBs were parked very close. Had all the close sites been Montanas , I would not have been offended .

Maybe this is a good place to mention that if you have serious health issues, mobility, etc. that you can mention those issues and in the past those good folks were given preference to be parked near the tent. Of course, LadyRV must be made aware of said requests, eh??
From this thread:
Site Requests: Please direct ALL special site requests in a SEPARATE email to the Rally address shown below with 'Site Request' in the subject line. 'Buddy' camping site requests will be considered, but NOT guaranteed, due to the large number of attendees & the planning nightmare it generates. LadyRV/the MOC Admins handle site assignments, NOT the WM's.
SOOOO, email: 2013MOCFallRally@montanaowners.com

If anyone has a special need, even if it's temporary, please let the wagon masters know. Accommodations will be made so everyone can enjoy the rally.

Good point - LadyRV has a list of site requests to work with and, as stated, medical needs are the FIRST priority, followed by COORDINATOR volunteers.
Those alone will probably fill the NW area, so 'buddy' sites are very LOW on the list...
