2012 3750 FL small bedroom slide hangs up.

We have a 2012 3750 Fl. The smaller bedroom slide comes out at the bottom and the top stays in. I have to try several times and finally have to pry on the top to get the slide to come out. It still is in on the top about 2 inches. The slide with the bed works okay. I have tried adjusting the bolts on the end of the hydraulic ram, but with no change. Any suggestions? I don't know what else to try. I might mention the bottom of the slide come ot about 6 inches before nothing will move.
