Unhappy Black tank not dumping

I think my relief valve on my black tank has gone out on my 2004 montana big sky. I went to dump it and the handle came out farther than my Grey tank one did and it's not draining. I have the artic package so it's all enclosed and I can't see where the release valve is or have much of an idea where I can access it from. Does anyone know hiw I can fix it? My tank is pretty full and I live full time in my 5th wheel so need to fix it asap and don't want to cause any unnecessary holes I need to fix searching for it. I tried finding a plumbing schematic online with no luck. Any help is appreciated

A 2004 Big Sky doesn't have a dropped frame as I recall. The tanks should be placed similar to any other 2004 Montana. The Black and Shower tank are placed perpendicular to the frame. The valves are on the driver's side inside the frame as I recall (it has been a long time) inline with the pull/push rods

You can either drop the coroplast on the driver's side to see where the black valve is
OR
cut a 3 sided flap (with the open end towards the back) in the coroplast to see and access the valves. Gorilla tape can be used to seal the cut back up. Be sure to clean the area first.

It sounds like the rod came disconnected from the valve. You can reach in with vice grips and open the valve manually once you have access. You might be able to re-connect the rod to the valve it if just slipped out.

On my 2006 the pull was a solid rod. The rod came unthreaded from the valve. I was able to thread the rod back into the valve via feel, or luck. Later I loosened the outside edge of the coroplast, (remove 3 screws and washers) right where the handle is and I could reach up and touch the valve. Hope it is as easy for you.
