Posting from a second location

I have been logging in with my computer at work, using my "DCP" ID with my password. I have been trying to log in at home with my E-Mail ID of "dcpenner@woh.rr.com". I cannot get logged in as it says that ID is already in use? That's me!! Help!! Can you delete this out and I can re-enter with a new password?

I finally acquired a second identity after having the same problems. But if you look under the topic of "logging in" etc. you may find some settings on your office computer that need to be changed.

DCP, did you first log out at home? It's sometimes easier to just not log out so you are automatically logged in next time you go to MOC but I think it will cause the problem you are having with logging in with the same userid/password from another machine. I think.

I think it has more to do with some settings. Wish I could tell you what they need to be. I have been able to be logged in on more than one computer at a time, I think.

We've been loged in from 2 computers at once...actually quite often, when Jen is home. So, I know it can be done. Not to mention that both my home and work computers cache the logon info within the cookies.

I would try a couple of things on your home system...
1 - delete your cookies and temporary internet files.
2 - Make sure forumco.com is listed under Internet Options - Privacy - Sites. You should have forumco.com listed as always allow.
3 - Try to log on again.
