Blocked Words

I just noticed that in my signature the breed of my dog has been replaced by stars. Is this some kind of new blocking program attempting to block cuss words?

Someone from Admin recently explained that there is a program to block out unsavory words (a filter) that was overly zealous. Words such as 'glass' were typed as 'gl***'. This is probably what is happening with your dog's breed name.

I checked the "Bad Words" filter and could not find what was causing the breed to not show up. My guess is that ForumCo also has a list that it does not allow. I will follow up with ForumCo and let you know.
