Building Clean-Up Volunteers Needed
The main rally building will be used for seminars and meals as well as other things. It will need to be cleaned up at the end of each day. Frank and I are in charge of coordinating a clean up crew(s). This will consist of checking out the building before lock up at the end of each day so it is ready to go in the morning. Chairs need to be put back in place and trash taken out. This should not take long at night with a good group of volunteers. We will need six to eight volunteers to help out at the end of each day. If you can help please let us know. Thank you for your help.

In the past when there has been a function in any of the rooms in the evennings the Coordinator for that function was suppose to clean up after their event. I'm assuming this is to be the practice again at this year's Rally. The nightly cleanup crew should have no problem checking and cleaning up the areas then. Just a walk through, straighten up the chairs and tables and possibly doing a little cleanup around the tables and hallways. Thanks for doing this and see you at the Rally.
