80 amp breaker

Hello to all,

We have seen other posts about upgrading to an 80 amp breaker but I had a few questions.

1. Is it so the slides have more power and can go in /out faster?

2. If we don’t have any issues should we swap it out?

3. Is it an easy job or do we need to have a Rv guy replace it?
(Easy meaning take off top n bottom red cables and put back on kinda easy)

4. Is there any other parts we need?

We have no electrical experience/knowledge.
This is our first 5th wheel. Second season with it.
We have added a pic of what we bought (on left) and what our unit came with.

Thanks for any info.
