Light switches

Hi all.
Steve and I just bought a 2020 3201RL Montana. We aren't new to rv ING or fifth wheels. Our last fifth wheel was a 2010 Nu-Wa champagne edition. Man, technology has come a long way since then!
Quick question: why did they do away with basic light switches? Lol
Longer more serious question: we cannot turn off the three lights within the kitchen slide out. We've gone to the panel and pushed every button. I downloaded iNcommand to my phone and hit every light switch on there too and they are still on. We are full timers and those lights have been on for going on a week.
Please help me, I'm going crazy!
Thinking about just popping out the bulbs!
Thanks in advance

Sounds like a relay inside the incommand brain is stuck. Should be an easy fix if you can trace it. I'd call the In-command customer service and have them lead me to it.

Erin,

Try turning power off at the pedestal and disconnecting your batteries and then reconnecting. If it is an inCommand issue this may reset it.

So so so such an easy solution. It turns out that these 3 specific lights each have their own on off switch located in the middle of the round cover. Thank you all!

Yep. Each round lamp down low has the center push button.
