Temperature control in the lav

My 2009 3465SA now has an air conditioner duct in addition to the standard heater duct in the potty room. Problem is that it gets chilly in that small room when the AC unit is running.

If I were on the design team I'd change the duct vent to one that has an adjustable set of vanes to control the airflow.
