Still waiting but I finally have some appointments scheduled.
My next appointment is August 5th for a Pre-Op, than on August 18th for Surgery.

The long wait is due to a couple VA clinics being closed putting more pressure on the hospital. So I am sitting down here twiddling my thumbs waiting.

Well yes it is irritating having to sit down here in this heat and humidity BUT the biggest irritation is not being at the Great Lakes Rally. Had I known weeks ago that I would have an Aug 5th appointment I possibly could have moved the appointment to a week later.
I know the rally is over on the 2nd and I still could go but that would mean hussling back here and ready for the 5th.
Yeah well, there will be other rallies and by sitting down here for a couple months I am saving some $$$$.
