Intermittent Electrical issue

I have a 2017 3661 5th wheel. Recently start having trips at my surge suppressor, it has an open neutral indication. After a few trips I took it out of the circuit, ordered a new one. A couple days after same trip. I again took that one out of the circuit and the trip continues every day or two.
I have the pedestals at the two different campgrounds we have been at, both phases, neutrals and grounds are good.
Pulled our electric reel all the way out and took the excess panel off to check the connections inside the reel. Phases, neutral and ground are all good and tight.
Trying to get to the connections that leave the reel and go to the panel inside out rig, so I could check them . I am un able to find away to get to them. Any suggestions on how to, or how to remove the reel so I can keep tracing the problem to the panel?

Have you checked the connections inside the plug itself. I lost a hot inside the plug as it wasn't torqued correctly or just vibrated itself loose.

I've also had an issue where the plug was the problem and had to be replaced.

Yes I did check the plug connections, but the electrical cord has a molded cord cap and I am unable to take it apart to test it.

Might be able to check it with an ohm-meter.
