New member intro
I’m Tom… My wife Lori and I are new Rv’ers. We bought our 2022 Montana in July. Sold our house and property here in Ohio to live on the road. My wife works full time remote now and I will retire in December. After the holidays we plan to head south and get away from the frigid weather. So, that’s us in a nutshell. Oh and btw, I will be seeking help but for now just doing an introduction like the group asked. Thank you!!!

If you are planning on heading south in December, make reservations in advance.
Snowbirds all head south for the winter and many places fill up.

Welcome to the forum, Tom. There are plenty RV parks below the frost line that offer just about any type of accommodation you're looking for. Lots of 55 plus communities with active social centers, places with marinas, parks with biking and hiking trails, and places with easy access to good fishing even though it's snow shovel season in Ohio!

Headed S out of Ohio? Don't blame you. Don't know where S you are headed but be aware that many/most of them will be booked for any lengthy stays so check ahead. Good luck in your new endeavor and most importantly....have fun.
