If there's a menu configuration problem use the TV remote to display the menu. It should show up on the screen no matter what or where the source video is coming from. If this doesn't work it's probably a bad display.
Can the TV be powered up by a different means (110v?) and does it not work either?
If it's a glass tube TV then you probably won't be able to get it repaired since glass tubes are no longer made or sold and many places, are now illegal to work on and must be disposed of correctly (hazardous dump requirement).
If the TV is an LCD type, the "lamps" for generating the picture are known to burn out and you'll need a search to find a replacement. Be forewarned of sticker shock for the lamps. They can get pretty pricey.
I've run into both these problem with glass tubes and LCDs TVs. If you don't have a warranty, fixing it won't be worth the cost.
I only posted possibilities for no picture. There could be other problems and hopefully many MOCers know way more than me about these.

We have an older "CRT" tube 12 v in the bedroom. If the 12 v batteries are a bit low the TV will fire up with sound but no picture. If I turn it off and on a couple of times, it will usualy start up with picture. Never does this behavior on 120V or if bateries are up on their charge. Hope this helps.

Art,
Tv is a 12 volt only, no menu appears in any source,,no screen from any source,,,it is also an LCD tv...and to replace it cost almost 400.... A cheaper one for 270. Probably best to just toss it and get a new 110 volt version for the bedroom...we don't really dry camp and if we do we generally take a generator with us....no big deal....also we were plugged in to power so no low battery condition....everything else seems to work except there is no picture....I just wish we could fix it for a hundred ior less but not likely I guess....

Wouldn't hurt to check with Jensen anyway, stranger things have happened, and you never know it may be something simple, they have a website Jensen.com

Have spoken with 2 tv repair services...they say the chances of it being able to be repaired for under 150 would be very rare...probably best to get a new one....so goes it....but will try jensen.com anyway
