Grease question

It's time to pack my wheel bearings again. Used Lucas Red n' Tacky last time. When I grabbed the grease gun to lube the wet bolts this summer, I ended up with a lot of oily separation running out of the end of the grease gun. Do like the product as my hub temperatures were cooler on the hot travel days in comparison to the Dexter factory pack job. Thinking of going with Mystik JT-6 High temperature #2. Hoping that it doesn't separate in the tube like the Red n' Tacky. Anyone have any experience they could share?
