Window shades

Hi we have a 2021 3121RL Legacy and our rear sunshade comes down and will go up but can’t lock-in place. Is there anywhere I can go to fix or adjust these shades. I have gone to the end of YouTube and found nothing on this subject. Can anyone help out please. Thank you so much

The shades in my 2020 are made by Irvine shade and door co. They have videos on their web site showing how to adjust the shades.

In addition to the videos - call Irvine Shade and explain the problem. She sent me a box of new parts free way past warranty. Good customer service!
