Everchill 12V 17CuFt Refrigerator

We are thinking about replacing the Dometic 1350 in our 2019 330RL with an Everchill 17 CuFt 12V fridge. Does anyone have experience with this brand or their fridges? I have seen positive reviews of other models on ETrailer and Amazon. We are not interested in a residential fridge as we don’t want the added cost and installation of an inverter.
Any experience or reviews would be appreciated.
Thanks.

Have you looked at JC Refrigeration? There are lots of YouTube videos on their product including one on a Montana. They use your existing refrigerator and just put in a different compressor system. Here is their website: https://jc-refrigeration.com/

Troy,

This appears to be a 12v compressor reefer vs a normal propane RV model. You will need a decent size battery bank to support it. Might be worth a price comparison between this and doing a residential adding an inverter. Could be closer than you think and the inverter is handy to run other things.

Says it will run for approximately 40 hours on a single group 27 battery. Seems like even if that is under optimum conditions it would suffice for all but boondocking. Sounds intriguing.
