When do Montana owners sleep?

Have you ever noticed the times that many of our topics or replies are posted? We must have some real night owls in this group.

I think it's great that MOC members take the time out of their busy schedules to review new posts and reply to them at any time of the day! I personally find it a way to relax after a hard day of work. Thanks to all for the interesting topics and information.

Don't forget, there is four hours across this old country. I think the post times are EST or EDT. So, those of us in the west show up real late. Any way, a survey of this sort of thing might be interesting -- not sure it would be useful -- just interesting.

I think Dave is right and it uses Eastern time for the posts. I used to notice when we were in central, mountain, and pacific times sometimes my posts showed a later time that it currently was where I was, if that makes any sense. In any case, we're in the Eastern time zone at the minute and it's about 12:05 a.m. as I post this.

I am really starting to feel at home on this forum. I don't do mornings and stay up very late and have often wondered if anyone else does this. All my life I had to get up and go to work and now that I am retired, that's the one thing I don't have to do. The other thing I don't do anymore is put panty hoses on unless for a wedding or funeral. What a life we live!!!!!!!

ldillle,

Had to laugh at no panty hose! One of my personal goals in life is to see if I can go 365 days in a row and never have to get dressed up! Blue jeans, jean skirts, jean jackets/blouses, jean shorts, now, that is my kinda living!

After I retired, my dog would get excited when I put certain undergarments on 'cause she knew I was leaving the house and wanted to tag along.

You're right about the time zones but 4:30 a.m. is either early in the morning or late at night, however you look at it. Truth be known, I love to visit the forum any hour of the day or night and am glad to see that I'm not the only one staying up late or waking up early in the morning.

Yeah, I hated panty hose too. The worst times was when Lorraine caught me wearing hers.

  • go potty
  • shave
  • brush teeth
  • take shower
  • dry off
  • get dressed
  • pop some pills
  • sit down at puter
  • check emails
  • Post/Reply on the MOC
  • eat breakfast
  • Take Lorraine to work
  • Do some stuff

We're in EST and I post often very late. I am an insomniac and also usually get the quiet time after all have gone to bed. I've seen a few other people on really late or early depending on your perspective. HamRad is one that comes to mind.

Glenn, you just have to quit forgetting to pick up Lorraine from work!

Patty

At times I wake up in the middle of the night and can't get back to sleep. So, instead of staring at the clock, I get up and check the MOC.

That's my pattern, too, Eric. And I love to check and see who's awake with me.

Go to bed late, get up early. I get tired if I get too much sleep.
Besides, this is better than watching soaps .
