Update on Jack Problem

We are now in Myrtle Beach - staying at Ocean Lakes and finally have the parts required to fix the jack problem - Keystone had the part sent to a dealer here BUT this dealer cannot install it for at least six weeks and we do not have six weeks to wait here so..... we do have the name of another dealer who may be able to help us, we have left a message and hope to hear from him tomorrow, if not we will stay here for the week and head on down to Florida and hopefully someone in Florida can install the part for us. Keystone has been very helpful in tracking down the right part and getting it out to us, now if we can just get it installed!!!! We will keep you all posted.

Six weeks seems like a long time to have someone wait. Could'nt they sugguest that one of their mechanics do the job after hours and you pay him the extra pay that he would of earned? How long could it take to install the part? Probably a few hours at the most I would guess. Just a thought.

Sounds to me that you are at the bottom opf his list because you did not buy from him, that is a shame that some dealers would do that, Maybe lf he is that busy he should think of adding more people to his service department, good luck let us know what happens. Roman

2 Montana dealers here in Florida to assist you....

1 in Ocala, Tri-Am RV
Tri-Am went out of their way to assist me with a problem last spring.

and Suncoast RV with 7 Florida locations. Suncoast's Pinellas Park location put me off 4 weeks as it was warranty work and they were too busy.
