Besides Good Sams, we have not joined any campground groups. We have stayed in a KOA at Madison WI and was impressed. What groups have some of you full timers joined and what are the different discounts like?

We also use Passport America and belong to Escapee's. We use Escapee's parks, but also their mail service.

Good Sam, Passport America, Escapees and KOA here. Went with the lifetime membership with Good Sam, the rest are on a yearly basis. We use them all on our trips and try to find a Passport America if we can or an Escapees campground if possible. Good Sam and KOA gives a 10% discount where Passport America gives a 50% discount but in most cases it is only during certain times, certain days, and only a limited number of days and normally the payment has to be in cash. The Escapees program is good if you can find one of their campgrounds in the area you at or one of the associate campgrounds. The fee for the Escapee campgrounds depends on the grounds themselves and the associates are normally a 10% discount also.

We do Good Sams & Passport America as well. Although we occasionally stay at KOAs, it hasn't been worth it for us to join their program. By the way, even if a campground doesn't advertize that they offer discounts, I ask - often they'll give 10% just for the asking.
Happy RVing!

I joined Goodsam in 96. I recently joined Ocean Canyon. I like to travel, so discounts are nice

Good Sam, Passport America and K.O.A. Passport America is primary if we can find one in the area. We do like KOA as you can most always know what to expect.

We have Good Sam, Passport America and use Woodall's on occasion. Another that we found by accident was Jellystone Park System. The three we have stayed at have had excellent staff and clean grounds. Yes, it is a kids oriented campground, but it has filled the need for us.

We use P/A. No longer use KOA as they seem to be loosing quality. We are also members of Coast to Coast who are now Good Sam.

Yep we Belong to Membership resorts like KM Resorts in WA state and have R.P.I. and Coast to Coast for other States Best 6K I ever spent Nice private campgrounds ,Quiet and Secure no Riff Raff or Partiers cranking music all hours of the night...AHHHHHHHHH, the memberships are not cheap and you pay dues every year but we travel a lot so it is worth it but if you do NOT camp much it would NOT be worth it and I would just go for what others suggest
