Remote Control?

I bought a used 2012 3750FL, and was wondering if it was suppose to come with a remote control for the slides, landing gear and awning? If it's just the remote missing, and it has the controls for it, how would I go about getting a replacement?

Mine has a remote. I would call Keystone at 574-535-2100.

I believe it should come with a remote. If you bought from a dealer, that's where I would start my search for another one. If you bought in a private sale, I can't imagine what the previous owner would want with it. Give him a call.

I bought it from a dealer. I guess I'll have to ask them. We did buy it over 2 months ago though, so they probably won't have it. We also don't have the remote for the TV in the bedroom, and the inflatable mattress for the living room is a queen, when it clearly won't fit on the fold out couch that is a full or twin, but that's not overly important.

The dealer should get you the missing remote. They can order a new one if they can't find the original.

I agree they "Should" get me one, but we all know they don't always do what they "should".

It would make setting up and breaking down a whole lot easier...

There have been a few of us who got the wrong size air bed. We contacted Flair and they sent a replacement. It is worth a try. The website for Flair Interiors should have a contact number. I think it is flairinteriors.com The dealer should be able to get you remotes for the rig with your VIN number and possibly the television. If not you can contact Jensen customer service. Last resort for the tv would be a programmable universal replacement remote. Hopefully all of if is resolved.

The living room couch does take a queen sized air mattress.

The one that came with mine doesn't fit in either direction. It's either propped up on each end by the arm rests, or half of it falling off the front of the couch. And none of the tie-downs on the mattress remotely fit anything on the couch. In our last Cougar it fit like a glove.

I don't know when the change started, but sometime in12. There is no longer a remote. The only unit that has a remote now is the Big Sky, and it is a touch screen only for the Level Up.

Not on a 3750! The brochures say queen size, but the mattress that fits is a full size, I think. The 3750 does not have the normal sofa bed like other models do. In order for a queen size to fit, you have to extend the platform at the foot of the fold out mechanism with some creative building and fabricating skills. I am contemplating doing that. The way the bed works on this model is it is supposed to lay parallel with the couch.

With regards to the remote, look in the battery compartment on the upper right side and see if there is a computer control board. If there is you should have a remote with the unit.

They could be in one of the dining chairs, the seats lift up and are great storage spots. . .

I recently purchased a new 2012 3455SA and I did not get the remote either. Although it does appear to have the receiver/circuit in the battery compartment, my dealer is adamant that Keystone had discontinued the remote control on the 2012's. He also still had a new 3400 and I went through every drawer (with the dealers permission) in that unit looking for a remote. No luck there either. Maybe Keystone stopped the remote when the rig is equipped with the level up? I going to check with Keystone customer service to verify.

They were not in the dining chairs either, we have games stored in those. I did check and I do have the control panel in the front compartment for the remote, so I guess now I just need the lil sucker. I do not have level up btw.

Some come with remotes. You first need to see if you have a remote module installed.

Our 2012 3455SA came with the remote for the slides, leveling system, etc.

The rig was purchased from a private party.

That's an erroneous statement. I just picked up a 2013 High Country 343RL and it DID come with a remote. Which works really well, too.
