Turning 60

Ok, getting older has it's moments....
Me: Hello?
Her: You better call the police.. I think my car has been stolen!!
Me: Press the big orange button on your car key fob
(car horn heard beeping in the background...)
Her: Oh never mind... Don't call the police, I found it...
Me: (crashing, falling to the ground laughing)
I hope the next 60 are as much fun!!

Humor is a wonderful thing in life, but if she's like Joyce don't tell her you posted it. In my case humor would then be the doorway to the afterlife.

Jay,
You know that I will bring this one up to Betty the next time we get together. Remember the first 50 was just a rehearsal for the next 50.

I just turned 64 and my wife says I don't listen to her. I told her I hear everything she says, At my age I just forget quicker.

I used to laugh at people in parking lots looking for their car. Now I'm one of them. I walked passed my wife while she was sitting in the car waiting for me to come out of the store. It was obvious that I forgot where the car was until she yelled at me. Maybe that's why I walked past her????

60? The next 20 can be very humorous, especially when you begin to feel like you can still do the same things you did when you were 20; you just can't remember what they were??? (:-)

Hey! - I'm over 60 and always feel like I can do the things I did when I was 20 and my mind still remembers what what and how to do those things.....it's my
body that says to me - "Are you out of your freakin mind?? Forget it!" - So I forget it and smile, because I can still remember
