Update on Rim Problem

Keystone phoned me twice today. They are going to replace all 4 rims. I have to look after the installation which is ok with me. I told them I didn't particularily want to deal with the local dealer in McAllen and they "understood". They are going to UPS the rims directly to us on our site and I will look after getting them installed. They are going to let me know what to do with the old rims. Another Plus for dealing with a Keystone Product. They back up the units they sell.

This just goes to show you why the Montana is the number 1 selling fifth wheel. Keystone really seems to stand behind their product. I know there will be another Keystone rv when it comes time to purchase another coach.

Bill and Ann,
Great to hear that Keystone is taking care of things for you. Good luck.
Guess there was a bad batch of the rims. We've had ours for 4 years and so far no problem.

Keystone was great to work with when we lost our water tank in the Yukon. I'm glad to hear that you are getting the same reliable service.

Sweet picture, Dennis.
