Mor Ryde is very concerned about our problem of not being able to remove or install the Galley tank or any tank because of the IS suspension restricting access to the tank.

they did offer that we bring the Montana to the MOR ryde plant so they could see and correct the problem however our dealer has the expertise to remove the system and replace it. Mor ryde has asked us to come to the plant when we can so that can look at the issue and correct it. This is a very expensive job.

The issue is that with the Mor Ryde system we lost 6 to 8 inches of clearance and the galley tank can not be removed without dropping the Is system which is no small task.

Mor Ryde says they are unaware of that problem but they are concerned.

Will all those who have the Mor Ryde IS system installed take a look under there and determine if the tank can be removed. That cross beam is very close to the underbelly. The system is bolted on and stitch welded.

Both the front and rear 2"x2" tubes are welded and placed next to the belly material and could be in the way of tank removal. They went next to the belly so it is between the belly and the 1.5" Galley drain pipe. I have not pulled the belly cover to know the exact placement of my tanks. It will be a concern if the problem arises as it did for you.

Sounds like the engineering study was done from the office, can you read "pencil whipped".

On our 06 3400RL, both of the top 2x2's are within 2" of the belly cover. Fairly certain galley tank removal would be 'difficult'. If it helps visualize things, the front tube is about 28" from the galley drain valve handle, and the rear tube is about 36".
