Christmas LED lights not working
I know this is not related to camping, but I am hoping someone can help me! I have a strand of LED battery pack Christmas lights that is not working! Steve has checked the battery pack and there is power to and from the pack! Does anyone know how to check the individual lights or this that even possible? Any advice is truly appreciated! This is only my second year using them and they were not cheap, so I am hoping to be able to fix them! Thanks, Carla

You did check that the batteries were installed properly? Most of those must have the + and - correct, or they won't work.

Happy Thanksgiving, Carla! Sometimes there is a fuse built into the wire. Just a suggestion.
Looking forward to JICP!

LED lights may also have polarity issues.

Roger on that. LED's are not like regular lights and must be hooked up to the proper polarity. In electronic terms, they are forward biased, so the batteries must be inserted properly for them to work.

I pulled the circuit board and check all connections with my ohm meter. Got power from batteries to switch, switch to board and out of board. Each bulb is sealed so can't check individual bulbs. But I know there is power from the box.

Well, looks like the only other thing to do is, send some more money to China for a new set.
