Critters near our park Eustis Fl
Baby owl hiding in nest. Almost mature enough to leave.
Mama Owl on same tree.
Three to three and a half foot alligator.

John you should not guess at the size of the gator you need to go over and measure we need to know. LOL. hope you and the misses are having a large time.

John,
After watching all the "Planet Earth" shows, I got a twinge when your photo of the baby owl was followed by a photo of an alligator. Relieved to continue in the post and read about an owl breakfast.
We had a nest of Carolina Wrens on a window sill last year and were fortunate to be there when they all left the nest. One day they're fighting over food brought by Mama, the next day they are gone. Miracle of nature...
