New here

Hello. We are new here. Have an 2009 Montana with 2 waste tanks. How do you dump when there's only one valve handle?

Welcome aboard! What model do you have? Is it new to you? Someone will likely have an answer for you.

Not being familiar with your floorplan, most have one black and two grey tanks, with a pull handle for each. Normally found on the ODS in the front, and most often a third one is towards the back close to the tires, have to bend down to spot.

Each tank has it's own valve, but after the valves, the outlets may be plumbed into a single outlet. There's another valve somewhere. It's possible the valve handle may have come off. Black and grey tanks (Toilet and shower) are usually plumbed into a single outlet, but there should be a pull handle for each, somewhere. Depending on your model, you may have a 3rd valve for the kitchen sink that runs into it's own grey tank. If plumbed this way, the kitchen tank grey tank will have a separate outlet and it's own pull valve. BUT depending on your specific model, the kitchen sink and shower may be plumbed into only 1 grey tank.

Being a 2009 model, it's possible you have only 1 black tank and 1 grey tank, but each still should have it's own pull valve handle and more than likely drain into the same outlet where you attach your sewer hose.

Welcome to the forum! Our 2010 had two grey and one black tank. The Black and shower tank pulls were in the convienence center and the kitchen grey tank pull was in front of the tires coming out of the frame. On our HP the kitchen pull is behind the tires, but still coming out of the frame. On all our Montana's all three tanks drained to the central waste pipe for dumping.

Hi there. Model number is 3150RL. I believe we are the third owners. We purchased it July 2019 and kinda think the owner wasn't completely honest. I was in a pinch, and in some circumstances foolishly took his word. We've had issues with toilet, tanks, and now possibly vent for toilet too. Can anyone explain the best way to check entire toilet and tank system starting with vent on roof? I think I'm dealing with multiple issues but not sure. Thanks
