Air Hitches

I found the information about Trailair pin boxes interesting and started investigating. Then I discovered that there are also air ride hitches available.

Does anyone have any experience with the hitches? Wonder if they are worth twice what the pin box costs.

I like the idea of air cushions in all directions. Sounds like that would be very beneficial.
