Replacing microwave

I am planning on replacing our current Insignia microwave with a convection microwave and was wondering if there is anything special or different that needs to be done to accommodate the new one such as venting. I did find one that is the same dimensions. Thanks

Apparently some of the newer units have convection microwaves that do not vent the hot air out of the cabinet it is installed in. Fine for microwave only. But I think that is a terrible design fault for a convection microwave. And likely the cause of so many failures. My older rig convection microwave has duct work to vent that heat out thru the front grill. I think some vent to the outside. Either way that heat needs to go somewhere besides being trapped inside the cabinet.

Many of the new Micro/Convection Ovens can vent either out the back or the front. Just have to change the position of the fans, and of course you need the vent to the outside on your unit.
We do not have a Gas Oven in our unit and use only the Convection Oven and love that it vents the hot exhaust to the outside,

Additional information

Thank you for the responses so far but I guess I should be specific about the unit I have, I have a HC 373RD. Has anyone with a similar unit made the switch from regular to convection and if so what did you do regarding the venting?

Venting inside would work as long as you don't camp where it's hot. If it were me, I'd pay someone who knew what they were doing to cut a vent to the outside.
