It looks like you have three waste tanks, one black, one grey, and one galley, all 39 gallons each. How many tanks does your system show for your rig? And, where are the pulls located at?

If absolutely nothing at all comes out then the valve may have become disconnected from the pull rod or cable. Is there noticeable resistance when you pull the handle or is it all loosy goosy?

Below are some screen shots from a sales video on your unit. I think your single gray tank handle is behind the access door in pic A and your gray+black handle is behind the access door in pic B. Which gray handle is not working - A or B?
The 3rd pic shows the coroplast plastic bottom below your front gray tank handle. I think you will have to remove the coroplast to access the valve where the pull is broken. I have never done this but others here in the forum have and can advise you better than me. You may only need to remove a portion of the coroplast - not the whole sheet. I just wanted to put some picture up to illustrate the task.

This is a photo of where the drain valves are on our rig at the rear of the grey and black tanks.

You may have trouble dealing with dropping the coroplast on the newer rig because they are using a nail type fastener instead of screws. If this tank is at the rear of the axles, it will be a bit more difficult to access. Only you can decide if you can handle this, but it isn't rocket science, just needs a few tools and determination to do the work.

BMW, the tank handle/valve replacement is not a complicated process. It’s screw, nuts and a cable. As Bob said, they now use nails to install the coroplast. On our last Montana we upgraded the rig to SeeLevel gages and Valterra valves. To get the coroplast down there are two recommended ways. Some have had luck backing them out with a socket. I ground a notch and used a claw bar - just like pulling a nail. When reinstalling, use SS self tapping screws with a SS washer. The stock valve is a Bristol braided cable valve. I recommend using Valterra solid wire valves. Up to you, but while you’ve got the coroplast dropped and access, I would replace the black valve at the same time. Best of luck.

Sounds like you could use some screens in your drains to keep the big chunks out of the Holding Tanks.

You may want to clean that tank as good as possible. Unique Digest It makes a tank cleaner that works quite well.
