Home again
We made it home this afternoon from the rally. Packing up and leaving is always the hardest part. Thanks to everyone who attended. The rally wouldn't have been the same without all of you. Thanks to Mayberry Campground and their staff and to Camping World for their support.

We made it home as well, then had to leave immediately. We had troubles with fleas before going on vacation, and I guess while we were away they had a good old time since we returned to an infestation. Took the Montana to Milton KOA for an emergency stay and Terminex is scheduled for tomorrow. So we go back to work commuting from the campground. Could be worse I guess (if we didn't have the Montana!). We had a fantastic time at the rally, and appreciate the efforts that everyone put forth!

We made it home about 5pm. I think we must have been one of the last ones to pull out this morning. Just couldn’t get excited about ending such a wonderful camping week. Thanks Jim & Vickie and all the ones who volunteered for everything. We had a great time and enjoyed meeting everyone.

David and I really enjoyed our first rally in our new Montana. Thanks to Jim and Vicki for coordinating and a special thanks to Larry, Rich, and Bingo for answering questions and helping us get acclimated. The fellowship was wonderful and we look forward to camping with you again soon. Thanks for letting us be a part of such an awesome group.
Special note to Helen: May all future holes be as good for you as #18!

We arrived home around 1 PM today. The rally was F A N T A S T I C ! Thank you Jim & Vickie for making it come together. And thanks to Camping World for stepping up to the plate for all of us. We met a lot of new friends and we learned a lot by chatting with everyone. Boy, those new units are tempting . We are so looking forward to Goshen. See ya there.

Thank you Jim and Vickie for a great rally. Great to meet some new and some old friends and have that fried pork sandwich at Snappy's.

At our home-base again, with the Monty put back in the stall. Thanks Larry & Pat for arranging and bringing the Camping World door prizes and thanks for arranging the 4 Montana RV models 3750, 3850, 3625, and a Montana High Country on display at the Rally. It was great to meet and get acquainted with new friends. We enjoyed Mt. Airy and got to ride in the Mayberry squad car to learn much local history, visit Wally's Service station, visit the Any Griffith Museum, and eat at Snappy Lunch. Also, we went to the town of Pilot Mountain (Mount Pilot on the tv show) and walk the trails and see the wonderful overlooks of the state park while there.

Sounds like everyone had a great time. Didn't see anyone saying they are on their way to the Great Lakes Rally. Does anyone know how many are caravaning here??? Hope to see some of you. Happy Trails, Steve and Susie
